Returns & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for another one, be it similar or not.

In order to be eligible, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days from receiving your item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in the original packaging and undamaged in any way. Receipt of purchase might be required.

To start a return, please contact us at . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number. Please include your order number in the email.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping charges are free. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
